Watching The Great British Bake Off we saw them make arlettes and figured we could just use store bought pastry dough. Spent a whole weekend making them and tweaking. Theresa did cocoa ones and ones with slivered almonds, but going back to the basic is where it is at.
It is just pastry dough with cinnamon sugar rolled up, sliced, and rolled out cooked at 350 F to awesome on parchment.
