basil sundried tomato parmesan cheese sauce with chicken

Acording to T, I make the best sauce ever. is is basically a bechamel with garlic, parm and moz cheese, sun dried tomatoes, fresh plucked basil and usual seasonings added. I pounded the chicken really flat and cooked it in a cast iron skillet with just salt, pepper, and EVOO. Topped with fresh grated parm cheese, it was delish.
