A scratched up pinball is like rolling sandpaper. I like my balls to shine and it makes them play great. A freshly buffed ball on fresh wax screams around the playfield and will spin out and then grab, which is cool to witness. Soon I will be picking up a vibrating polisher to assist with shining up the pinbots and that will do a great job on my balls in the future. Below is how I currently shine them up.
