It is nice to see that Russ’s Market is once again selling Burgers’ bacon products. I have not found any of the dry cured yet, but saw the jowl bacon at the one at west A and Coddington. It is sliced thick and not lean at all. Lots of shrinkage, but it was really good. Nobody would know it was jowl bacon without being told. It made a darn fine BLT paired with the tomatoes our neighbors gifted us.
