Heading to check it out this weekend. 88 toy extended cab 4X4. It has been my dream truck for about 15 years now.
That rust is nothing. I could always do one of those wood beds anyways.

My current rust rocket is beyond hurting.
no horn
no emergency flashers
no radio
automatic transmission slips really bad
head gasket leak pumps out white smoke for for the first few minutes
severe coolant leak
needs help to idle when at stops in drive
backfires like crazy (that is actually really cool)
We pretty much fear driving it because we know we will be stranded and the fee to tow it is not worth it.
