T loves stew, I have not been that impressed. Well we compromised and made a thick uber beefy schtew. No water, only beef broth for more beefy goodness. I was also allowed to put in a bit of red pepper. We used a roux to thicken it up. I got a huge chuck steak and cubed it up. When you get schtew meat it usually is too big and has fat on it, not when I cut it up. It was the best one we ever made and will make more.
