Hollenbeck Farms continues to expand where you can get their quality meats

You might have noticed I enjoy good meat and love Hollenbeck Farms products.

They sell their hormone, steroid, and animal bi-products free beef, pork, and lamb at farmer markets, online, and at local grocers as well as their products being served at Nebraska restaurants.
Farmers Markets:
Old Cheney Farmers Market at approximately 55th and Old Cheney in Lincoln. Open from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on Sundays from May 6th through October 28th, 2007
Village Point Farmers Market at Village Pointe Shopping Center, South Parking Area, 168th and Dodge in Omaha. Open on Saturdays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. from May through September.
Havelock Farmers Market at approximately 61st and Havelock in Lincoln. Open from 3:00 pm – 6:30 pm on Wednesdays from August through October.

Wilderness Ridge will be featuring Hollenbeck ribeyes for the next two weeks. They are trying out using some local stuff.
A new place called Capitol City Grill will be opening up at 8th and Q and will feature Hollenbeck beef.
