Silverstrand Integrated Martial Arts (SIMA) dojo on 33rd and B St. is a little hard to find, being located behind Bike Peddlers and all, but it is definitely a worthy search. Especially this time of year as the two-week seminar with Shihan Ray Silverstrand is about to kick off on March 11th. Shihan Silverstrand, the founder of Silverstrand Dojo International and a world class martial artist, is currently living in Spain. He makes this trek to teach and observe his dojos in Lincoln, NE
