So what keeps me going while my entire web presence is dead?

37 hours since I sent in a ticket with no response. On their status page it said this.
The DreamHost “we hate databases as much as you do†team!
All of my databases are gone, for all of my websites. GONE. I had DB backups of my main site and forum. Nothing else. Pretty lame.
