We watched an episode of prototype this last night about automated pizza delivery and during that hour long show I was jonesing for a thick cheesy and saucy pizza. I knew Suite 1 would hit the spot. And oh man did it. I was informed that the recipe for the sauce had been tweaked a bit to make it a bit spicier. It was really good. The cheese on the bottom was thick and gooey, the crust had a thicker edge and was thick with a perfectly cooked bottom, the sauce was chunky with tomato bits and lots of herbs to round out the flavor very well.

My first visit was good, a lunch calazone ruled, and really enjoyed dinner tonight. We are lucky to have a place like this in Lincoln.
